Saratoga Jewish Community Arts, with a generous grant from the Jewish Federation of Northeastern New York and sponsored by Temple Sinai of Saratoga Springs and Congregation Beth Shalom of Clifton Park, presents When Klezmer Meets Chanukah, led by Rabbi Zoe B. Zak, Rabbi of Temple Israel of Catskill. She will be accompanied by clarinetist Margot Leverett, a founder of the Grammy award-winning group The Klezmatics, and by Studio Stu, playing his “Studivarius,” a single string, three-and-a- half octave bass.
Please join us for a soulful and “fraylich” uplift to an “in vogue” holiday happening. The program is scheduled on Wednesday, December 18 at 7 pm at Congregation Beth Shalom, 688 Clifton Park Center Road, Clifton Park. The concert will also be available for streaming on Zoom.
